First Time On A Podcast!
How do you find light in times of darkness?
How words can help us find light in the darkness
A few months ago some sweet friends of mine launched a podcast called 'Finding Good Bones', "A podcast digging into the writing that lifts us up."
Totally my jam.
So, imagine my delight when they reached out to me a few weeks later and asked if I'd like to be a guest! HELL YES!
I picked one of my favorite passages, from one of my favorite books, 'The Book of Delights' by Ross Gay, to discuss. (all podcast links are below), and I won't go into the why's and what's here, because you can listen to the podcast for the deep dive. (Also, writing a bio for a podcast is a weird experience!).

More so, on these Sunday thought meanderings, where do you go to find reprieve from the darkness the world holds? What sources do you turn to? What people? What foods? What places of rest do you find? What music?
As we enter another, what is certain to be, chaotic, election cycle, what do you turn to when the news of the day is overwhelming?
Drop your thoughts below, I'd love to crowdsource some ideas!
